Design Log:

Why I wanted to modify this game. At one period played quite intensively in camp. Ha, in army, you do things intensively for a period, kinda like a craze. We had pokemon, PSP, scrabble, drama serial crazes for example. Life’s like that. Maybe cos there is time to kill.

Well, realized that the game can be quite stale. All players will follow an identical strategy of buying all properties they land on, and not trading them so others cant form a full colour group. What ensure then is all mindless dice rolling and following instructions. Amazingly most people still find it fun, even when the outcome is actually out of their hands and with the dice.

Tried out some random ideas with a supportive friend victor. Thanks! Half a year later, with sporadic work, version one is out.

The premise is for fun interactive play that can be outrageous yet fun.
Movement cards for strategic interactive movement.
Brought Auction back into the game. Monopoly nowadays hardly have any auctions.
Exciting Chance cards.
Fluid play unlike standard games where the properties become stagnant.

First playtest. Slow progression/ Complexity of game exaggerated by slow pace. > changed to initial draft of some properties to encourage active intervention.
